Yuvraj Singh arrived to international level with bang scored a brilliant half century in his very first inning at Nairobi with 84 runs of 82 balls against the quality pace attack like Glenn McGrath, B.Lee and J.Gillespie and also involved in two brilliant run outs in that match. He has won many matches on his own. Like Natwest Series Final against England when all big guns back in the pavilion he and Md. Kaif took the responsibility and went on to win it for India chasing 325 runs.
He has good all-round ability with bat, bowl and in the field. He has been rated as one of the superb Indian fielder in all time.
